Adam R. Haleck
Chief Executive Officer
Adam Haleck is the Chief Executive Officer of Northpoint Asset Management. Mr. Haleck helped found Northpoint in 2006. In 2014, he was named PResident and CFO. In December 2023, Mr. Haleck was promoted to Chief Executive Officer. As CEO, Mr. Haleck leads the executive committee, which oversees all functional areas of the company. Mr. Haleck is responsible for executing on Northpoint’s vision to create the best experiences and outcomes for both Residents and landlords while elevating industry standards for property management nationwide.
Experience
Mr. Haleck Co-Founded Northpoint in 2006. He has been instrumental in Northpoint’s national expansion during his nearly two decades with the company, including the more recent development of institutional-grade service offerings. Previous to Northpoint, Mr. Haleck was a Manager with the global consulting firm Accenture, where he led teams in developing data architecture to improve reporting capabilities across multiple business functions. His clients included Fortune500 multinational companies in the consumer goods, technology, financial services industries.
Education
Mr. Haleck holds a dual degree in Finance & Information Systems from Brigham Young University (BYU).

David Morgan
Mr. David Morgan is responsible for Northpoint's Corporate and Property Accounting divisions on a nationwide scale. He holds greater than 25 years of corporate accounting and finance experience, 17 of which is directly for Property accounting systems and investment platforms.
Experience
Previous to his position with Northpoint, Mr. Morgan was a Controller for Command7, a Chief Financial Officer for Evelar Solar, a Vice PResident for Equinox Leasing, and a Controller for General Growth Properties (GGP) for over 17 years.
Education
Mr. Morgan holds an M.B.A. degree from the University of Utah and a B.S. degree from Westminster College. Mr. Morgan also is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Patrick K. Monaghan
Executive Vice President,
Mr. Patrick K. Monaghan is an Executive Vice PResident, serving on the Executive Committee over the Company's Training platforms, as well as the Institutional and Retail Client Relationships. Mr. Monaghan is also the Vice Chairman of the Regional Management Committee, providing support and leadership to Northpoint's Brokers throughout the U.S. Mr. Monaghan is head of institutional management performance and the maintenance operations in the Eastern U.S. Mr. Monaghan is an expert in real estate sales and management with over twenty-five years of real estate experience.
Experience
Previous to Northpoint, Mr. Monaghan served as PResident of New Home Sales Realty, a Residential brokerage in Florida. Previously, Mr. Monaghan was a Sale Associate for Remax Hometown and a Manager for Complete Restoration Services.
Education
Mr. Monaghan holds a Diploma from City & Guilds Institute in London, UK and a Real Estate Broker's license in Florida and North Carolina.

Candice Kinard
Executive Vice PResident; Business Development & Recruiting
Mrs. Candice Kinard is the Executive Vice PResident of Business Development and Recruiting for Northpoint. She also serves as the Designated Broker and Regional Director in Northpoint’s Kansas and Missouri markets. She's an expert in real estate management, leasing, sales, and client representation for single family and multi-family Residential and institutional properties in her market. Mrs. Kinard is an expert in sales and customer service, with experience in managing expectations, having a sharp attention to detail, and understanding how to ensure deal success through negotiation and best-in-class follow through. She strives to carry on a legacy of reliable and caring real estate service that has prevailed in her family for 3 generations. Her true dedication to client service and unique approach to business sets her apart in an often crowded marketplace.
Experience
Prior to her promotion as Executive Vice PResident of Business Development and Recruiting in December of 2023, Mrs. Kinard was VP of Business Development, and continues to serve as a Broker and Regional Director since 2020, Mrs. Kinard previously served as a Regional Manger, and Senior Manager for Northpoint since 2018. Previously, Mrs. Kinard ran her own business for over a decade and was a Realtor at Bring to Light Realty.

Mrs. Kinard Studied at Missouri State University holds a Real Estate Broker's license in the States of Missouri and Kansas.

Jesse Frampton
Director of Finance
Prior to his position at Northpoint, Mr. Frampton was Director of Finance at OUR Rescue, where he was responsible for analyzing data to help drive organizational decisions, creating and reviewing departmental budgets, and forecasting future expenses to ensure financial stability. His expertise also spans public accounting including tax and audit, SaaS accounting, and process management.

Mr. Frampton holds a MAcc from the University of Utah and a B.S. degree in accounting from Utah Tech University.
Dana Bain
Executive Vice President of Operations; Regional Director Committee
Mr. Dana Bain is the Executive Vice PResident of Operations for Northpoint. He supports Northpoint's institutional-vendor relationships nationwide and is head of management performance and operations. Mr. Bain has a track record of results-oriented and conscientious personnel and operational management experience to streamline and increase productivity. His natural talent in the identification of the best methods to approach and resolve personnel obstacles within a team and the operational hurdles that often confront the team's project goals, has driven his past successful results. Mr. Bain possesses a wide breadth of knowledge in the industries of construction, oil/gas, freight/logistics, and real estate.
Experience
Mr. Bain's 16 years of experience is drawn from working as a contractor for large institutional companies such as Bank of America, Country Wide Financial, MCS, Chase Bank, Farmers Insurance, All-State Insurance, Weatherford International, and FedEx. In each, Mr. Bain lead teams to accomplish services that met and often exceeded the needs of his commercial-institutional relationships and contracts.

Mr. Bain holds a B.A. degree from Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) and an M.B.A. degree from Charter University.

Justin Hart
IT Manager
I’m an experienced leader of IT with a strong background in enterprise IT infrastructure, systems integration, and operations leadership. At Northpoint Asset Management, I lead technology strategy, major system migrations, and process automation efforts across the business. I’m passionate about using technology to simplify complexity, empower teams, and drive measurable outcomes. I thrive in dynamic environments where I can align IT capabilities with business goals.
Experience
I bring 27 years of hands-on experience in Information Technology, with a strong focus on enterprise systems, infrastructure, and strategic leadership. Over the course of my career, I’ve earned several industry-recognized certifications, including ITIL Foundations, Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM). I’m also actively training for the CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) to further deepen my expertise in cybersecurity and risk management.
