Ms. Kat Rosas joined Northpoint as an Associate Manger in November 2017 and was promoted to Senior Manager in 2017 in the Columbus, Ohio market. Ms. Rosas uses her dedication and skills through years of experience in working with her clients to make sure that their expectations are met.

Prior to Northpoint, Ms. Rosas worked as an Ohio Agent for Key Realty. She is professional interior designer with over 20 years of experience, and has experience as a certified home inspector.

Ms. Rosas holds an Ohio Real Estate Agent License. She also has an Associates of Applied Business Degree in Interior Design.
