Northpoint holds 13th Annual Company Conference @ Cruise to Mexico (2019). In attendance were members of the Executive & Regional Committees; comprising about 70 attendees. An annual award ceremony was held. Mr. Michael Heredia was honored as Manager of the Year 2019! Mr. Scott Swindell was awarded as the Most Profitable Manager, 3rd year in a row. Mr. Kurt Lehmkuhl was awarded with the Highest Client Satisfaction. Mr. Ross Eveson achieved the Business Development Award, Mr. Nathan Linnell achieved the Top Sales Agent Award, Mr. Chris Kelly achieved the Top Maintenance Award, Mrs. Stephanie McCoy achieved the Top Management Profit Award, Mrs. Holly Williams achieved the Top Leasing Profit Award, Mr. Kevin Fraser achieved the Top Tenant Profit Award, Mrs. Aimee Lombardi achieved the Accounting Award, and Mrs. Genita Smith achieved the Top Portfolio Growth Award. Also, there were two who achieved a new award, on the basis of how well they have grown from the Associate Manager level: Kat Rosas and Candice Kinard both achieved the High Potential Award.
