Ms. Morgan DeProfio is the Designated Broker for South Carolina and the Regional Manager for North and South Carolina. She joined Northpoint as an Associate Manager in our Charlotte, NC office in January of 2018. Ms. DeProfio is energetic and skilled in the art of understanding the needs of her clients, addressing the financial decisions that produce the best return in real estate asset management, and excelling in sales and business development. Ms. DeProfio holds over a decade of experience and has become one of Northpoint’s top Agent-Managers serving in the Regional Committee as of May 2023.

Prior to Northpoint, Ms. DeProfio worked as a Buyer's Agent for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.

Ms. DeProfio holds a North Carolina Real Estate Agent License from Superior School of Real Estate and an Associates Degree from Central Piedmont Community College.
