Megan Combs is the Regional Manager for Northpoint’s Southern California market. Megan has over 15 years of extensive experience in Sales, Leasing & Property Management in both California and Arizona. Prior to Northpoint, Megan acted as Director of Property Management for a firm in Orange County, managing the operations of residential Leasing and Property Management as well as training and mentoring agents and property managers. Megan’s experience in Arizona consisted of Leasing, Property Management and representing institutional investors performing asset analysis, due diligence, including underwriting and determining ROI. Working with large institutional investors added exceptional value to her real estate career. Megan has been recognized for her strong negotiation skills, communication and going above and beyond for her clients to achieve desired results.

Ms. Combs previously served as Director of Property Management & Leasing with LRS Realty, and most recently was a Residential specialist and REALTOR® with Renters Warehouse.
