Born in Hollywood, Fl and raised in Augusta, GA moving to Augusta for a new opportunity at housing and a better school system. Ian has served 4 years in the US Airforce as a firefighter while selling new construction with the overall sold volume of 33 million with over 120+ in transactions. A fun fact about Ian is that dually licensed as a Real Estate Broker in Georgia & Florida and is in pursuit of his Pilot license to become a Private pilot. Through the experiences and downfalls witnessed throughout his journey he has decided to join or build a team of individuals focused on revitalizing, upgrading and managing community housing to improve neighborhood productivity and stabilization to demonstrate expertise and passion in developing communities that deliver exceptional service to all the facets of people looking serve multitudes of people from families, seniors, government personnel, permanent and short-term renters.
