Education

While working full time at International Business Machines (IBM) as a real estate analyst, Gary earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Franklin University School of Business At the same time, Gary had over 12 multi-unit apartments and three commercial retail establishments. This combination of educational background, coupled with years of practical experience, enables him to obtain a rolodex of national retailers and a unique perspective to the real estate world.
