Northpoint Names Holly Williams “Manager of the Year”

A native to the Houston area she serves, Holly is a licensed real estate professional with membership in the National Association of Residential Property Managers, and maintains her certification as a property manager through mandatory continuing education. She has also held the position of area 7 Director in the HOA of Memorial Northwest Subdivisionand is an active general member of the Klein Volunteer Fire Department.

Ms. Williams has not only managed large commercial accounts as well as residential homes, but also has extensive experience in sales, staging and proven successful marketing tecqniques. Holly has built a reputation for providing trustworthy, well-researched direction to her clients and is passionate about providing the best possible service to property owners as well as the tenants she places.

In her spare time, Holly’s hobbies include tending to the antiques and classics shop she co-owns, furniture restoration, up-cycling and re-purposing.Holly lives with her husband and fur baby with two daughters attending college.
