Ms. Stephanie McCoy serves as a Senior Manager in Northpoint’s Dallas-Fort Worth market overseeing the sales and management for a large portfolio consisting of both retail and institutional clients.  Mrs. McCoy has deep experience in the residential property management industry and has a dynamic skill set that can accommodate both the details and the bigger picture of management. She has worked with Northpoint for more than 9 years and served as an Associate Manager, Senior Manager, Regional Manager, and Broker in Texas.

Previous to Northpoint, Ms. McCoy was a Property Manager for Professional Asset Management & Sales for four years. Previously, she was a Leasing Agent and Realtor at Frontline Property Management and ERA Sellers, Buyers & Associates.

Ms. McCoy holds a B.S. degree from the University of Phoenix and holds a Texas Real Estate License.
