Mr. Scott G. Olson serves as an Advisor on Northpoint’s technology committee and is also the Designated Broker over California and Regional Manager over Sacramento. Mr. Olson served as an Executive Vice President overseeing Brokerage and Licensing compliance activity on the Executive Committee for Northpoint’s offices throughout the US from 2014 to 2022.  Mr. Olson holds over twenty-five years of real estate experience through the US and holds Broker’s licenses in 7 states.

Mr. Olson is an expert in property management, leasing, and sales for professional investors and large banking institutions in the US. He joined the Northpoint team as an investor and co-owner in 2009. Previously, Mr. Olson operated his own real estate brokerage, Compass Realty, in Sacramento, CA. Before Compass, Mr. Olson was a Realtor with Realty Plus and Capital Growth Associates for 7 years.

Mr. Olson holds a B.S. degree in Business Management from (CSUS) California State University, Sacramento. He has also held real estate broker licenses in California, Nevada, Colorado, Texas, Kansas, and Missouri, and Georgia.
