Mr. Quinton Balhorn is a Senior Regional Business Development Manager in Northpoint’s HQ office in Salt Lake City, serving Northpoint’s Regional Offices across the country. Mr. Balhorn has almost 20 years of experience in business development, customer service, and leadership over teams involving sales and customer service. He is an expert in sales techniques that drive growth for business.

Mr. Quinton Balhorn entered Northpoint as an Associate Manager, later promoted to Senior Manager in 2016, Regional Manager in 2020, and Senior Regional Manager in 2022. Prior to Northpoint, Mr. Balhorn was an Team Leader for Discover Financial Services. Mr. Balhorn has nearly 20 years of experience interacting with clients through sales, marketing and customer service.

Mr. Quinton Balhorn attended Utah Valley University focusing his studies on Business, Accounting and Linguistics. He is fluent in Greek and the Cypriot dialect, and speaks Spanish, Italian and Farsi.
