Mr. Patrick K. Monaghan is an Executive Vice President, serving on the Executive Committee over the Company’s Training platforms, as well as the Institutional and Retail Client Relationships.  Mr. Monaghan is also the Vice Chairman of the Regional Management Committee, providing support and leadership to Northpoint’s Brokers throughout the U.S. Mr. Monaghan is head of institutional management performance and the maintenance operations in the Eastern U.S. Mr. Monaghan is an expert in real estate sales and management with over twenty-five years of real estate experience.

Previous to Northpoint, Mr. Monaghan served as President of New Home Sales Realty, a residential brokerage in Florida. Previously, Mr. Monaghan was a Sale Associate for Remax Hometown and a Manager for Complete Restoration Services.

Mr. Monaghan holds a Diploma from City & Guilds Institute in London, UK and a Real Estate Broker's license in Florida and North Carolina.
