Mr. Kurt Lehmkuhl is the Designated Broker & Regional Director for Ohio and Kentucky, overseeing Northpoint’s offices in Columbus, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Youngstown and Louisville.  He’s excelled as an expert problem solver and diffuses complicated relationship situations, providing solutions to client’s real estate assets all over the state of Ohio. Mr. Lehmkuhl has two decades of experience as a business owner and consultant.

Previous to Northpoint, Mr. Lehmkuhl was an agent with Keller Williams Consultant Realty in Dublin, Ohio. Mr. Lehmkuhl was a Technical Coordinator for a over a decade with Ohio Energy Project and and owned and operated his own business in Westerville, Ohio.

Mr. Lehmkuhl holds an Ohio Real Estate License. He holds a BA in English/Public Relations, with a minor in Business and Political Science from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio. He also holds an insurance license for Property, Casualty, Life, and Health from the state of Ohio.
