Northpoint Asset Management, Inc. (“Northpoint”) has been retained and engaged as Asset Manager for the Cojak Properties, LLLP portfolio located in Tucson and Phoenix Arizona.  This collection of properties consists of approximately 600 apartment units.

Northpoint is pleased to work with the owners and managers of this group.  Thus far Northpoint has been able to already maximize and protect investor’s property value through an increase in accounting organization, property operation, training, and cooperation.
