SALT LAKE CITY: Northpoint Asset Management, Inc., one of the top privately held SFH Real Estate Management companies, which manages commercial, multi-family, and single-unit properties, completed its 11th Annual Conference last week at the Bahia Resort in San Diego. In attendance were members of the Board of Directors, Executive and Regional Committees, and many of the top managers throughout Northpoint’s offices nationally. Five new annual award holders were named, with the most prestigious awards of Manager of the Year presented to Anne Willey, Regional Manager in Tucson, and Most Profitable Manager award presented to Stephanie McCoy, Sr. Manager in Fort Worth. Other awards presented were those for the Highest Client Satisfaction to Angela Lowe, Sr. Manager in Orlando, the Business Development award to Michael Heredia, Sr. Manager in Tucson, the Technology award to Shaun Romero, Associate Director in Phoenix, and the Accounting award to Ambra Goins, Sr. Manager in Columbus. Northpoint holds near $1 Billion in Real Estate assets under management and also acts as an investor for select multi-family properties. This year Northpoint has expanded to three new territories in Cincinnati, Ohio; Raleigh, North Carolina; and Austin, Texas.
